Men working with men who are skilled quick on their feet and can use their heads – they are more valuable then I can say… I know men can do some dumb things and they often do but at they get older they start to use their heads better…
Men think different then women – thanks be to God, men should be working with other men, now some woman are a exception to this rule… they have their place too… in labor and construction trades, industry and and other areas – men work best with other men… as an Older man, I need two younger stronger smarter men around many times a day…
If they are younger boys you really need to be on your game, explain – show and warn them about things or they can easily make mistakes and get hurt etc..
