How do you increase your value in the Market? – This is connected to the story of the Oak Tree… – from the oak tree you can make tooth picks – they are cheep to buy.. or Firewood ( so much a cord ) or high quality furiture at 1000s of dollars piece or a violin at over 2.7 million dollars – what do you bring to the market? What are your skills to make that kind fo money!

How do you move the needle or take your next level of income or influence?

Increase your communication skills, leadership skills and team building skills!.

Walt Disney asked 300 banks for money of his vision and they said no – but his unknown brother got into the money details and must of talked about the profit in the dream – because he got the loan to start this dream moving!

Fuzzy Targets are not hit – be clear on how to get there and know where you are going – for sure – know why you are doing it and make it a deep – deep personal why…

What is the best use of my time and who has already done it? Partner with them or learn from them so you can got it done with less mistakes and less time..

Get rid of things that are wasting your time ( Exception is the work of the Lord – it has eternal rewards…)

Work on creating leaders – work on controlling outcomes – bosses are not leaders… leaders get to the heart of the matter…

Look at how you can collectively solve problems or come to solutions – through teaching correct priesthood principles and gospel living… working with God and Others…

Joseph Smith said we teach people correct ( Higher Principles ) and they govern – themselves ( in a more divine way )….

This is with the Holy Ghost and it’s gifts, this is with priesthood principles and repentance – and so much more – a way of life with God and others…
